When we had to move early, she made sure our house was taken care of when we weren’t there. This included turning on drips to prevent freezing during a cold front and making sure the lights were off after showings. After the buyers inspection, she helped us negotiate down some of the repairs. Selling a home is never easy, but Kristina knew the market and made it as easy as possible and got us a great deal.
