I set my heart on an old fixer upper with a bunch of issues. Kristina showed me a whole catalogue of homes in the area and price range. I like the oldest and ugliest of the bunch. She fought hard to get the repairs and inspections and credits. The seller was difficult and the seller’s agents were inexperienced. Kristin made sure the home was safe and secure and my deal was fair before we signed. She navigated through some ignorance (not hers) emotions (mine) and a lot of phone tag and daisy chain messages. All the while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Me and my son was buying a home together and Kristin knew we wanted some land to have a shop or to make sure that we could work on vehicles store the vehicles we already had she was very diligent in making sure we got what we wanted.
