I set my heart on an old fixer upper with a bunch of issues. Kristina showed me a whole catalogue of homes in the area and price range. I like the oldest and ugliest of the bunch. She fought hard to get the repairs and inspections and credits. The seller was difficult and the seller’s agents were inexperienced. Kristin made sure the home was safe and secure and my deal was fair before we signed. She navigated through some ignorance (not hers) emotions (mine) and a lot of phone tag and daisy chain messages.
