I really recommend Kristie Carter to sell AND buy a home!! I’ve been looking for probably 2 years off and on to move, and called Kristie to show me homes from Arroyo Grande to Cayucos and Atascadero .. she was always very incredibly easy about showing house after house until finally I made the leap to sell mine and purchase a home in Santa Margarita! It all happened so fast, and she never skipped a beat. First of all she never stops working, so I called and riddled her with questions about closing escrow on both my house and the one I want concurrently which was tricky closing each in a timely manner that worked for everyone. Everything happened so smooth and in less than a month the whole deal went through! She is the most informative and patient realitor I have known, and can’t say enough great things about her. Kristie has helped me so much! I was having so much trouble finding a home in a location that fit all my needs but Kristie spent months with me looking and helping me. One thing I loved about Kristie is that she actually listened to me about what I wanted. And based on that she helped give me advice. Also she was always available. She worked 7 days a week answering questions and setting up showings. If I wasn't available to go to a showing she would Facetime me. I can't say enough how dedicated Kristie is to what she does. And when we did finally find a home, it happened to be one that needs a lot of work. But she coordinated and helped get estimates from different contractors so I had an idea of what kind of work it needed and about how much it was going to be. I had a wonderful experience working with Kristie. I trust her and would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Kristie did a terrific job selling my house from the beginning to the end. She was very prepared for our initial meeting and made a great first impression. She did not try to pressure me for the listing, which I liked. After signing her agreement, Kristie had a photographer out the next day who did a great job on the pictures. The pictures were ready within 24 hours and my house was up on all the different real estate websites (including a website specifically for the house) in less than 1 day after I signed her on as my broker. We had our first offer in less than 3 hours after my house went live on the MLS. Whew! In fact, we had over 5 total offers on the property!! Throughout the process, Kristie kept in contact with me daily via, phone, text, or email. We had trials and tribulations with buyers, but she always kept a positive mindset and stayed focused on selling my property. I would definitely use Kristie again, she is one of the most organized and diligent brokers I have ever used and her marketing is far more superior than what I have seen out there which means more eyes on your listing!
