Kristian has helped me now with both the Buying and the Selling process of real estate and I am just enormously impressed and greatly satisfied. You want someone who will walk you through step by step without too much thinking and worries, he did just that. You want a person who's life is entrenched in the Real estate world, Kristian certainly is. We were able work on creative problem solving to get both parties needs met. The one thing I'm regretful is not starting with Kristian the first time. I fell for the trap of "I know a real estate friend who can help you." The person prior to Kristian did it as a side hobby with little experience! Kristian is a veritable PRO with an abundance of experience and a wide body of connections who will absolutely get the job done. I can't recommend him enough.

Kristian was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to explain the entire home buying process to me, a first time home buyer, making sure I knew what to expect and the timelines once I found the one. He started by listening to my wants, no go's, price, location interests. With each house I looked at he listened to my feedback and found others to view that fell more in line with what I wanted without me knowing what I really was looking for. There was never any pressure to look at houses I wasn't interested in. He always took the time to answer any of my questions or find the information I was asking for. Once I found my house, he was there throughout all the steps, explaining what was going on, what was next and what I needed to do. Overall, best experience I could have hoped for. He made the entire homebuying process easy. 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
