I’m Kristi Snyder, a Colorado native, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Professional Home Stager, and Colorado State University graduate with a degree in Housing and Design.
I grew up in Parker and have lived throughout Colorado—from South Denver and Fort Collins to Breckenridge (where I briefly perfected the art of being a ski bum) and Grand Junction. Today, I live in Heritage Eagle Bend in Aurora and serve buyers and sellers throughout the South Denver metro area.
I love working with people at every stage of homeownership—from first-time buyers excited (and sometimes overwhelmed!) by the process, to growing families, move-up buyers, sellers, empty nesters, active adults and people wondering whether it's time to downsize or simply make their current home work better for them.
My background in Housing and Design and professional home staging gives my clients an added perspective. For sellers, I help determine which improvements are worth making—and which aren't—then use design and staging to help their home stand out and show at its best.
For buyers, I love helping them see beyond dated finishes or an imperfect floor plan to recognize the possibilities in a home. Sometimes a house isn't quite right as-is, but with a little vision, the right updates and the right resources, it can become exactly what they're looking for.
I have a particular passion for helping active adults and empty nesters navigate what's next, including downsizing, exploring different housing options, or adapting a current home for aging in place. It's an area of real estate where my design background and real estate experience come together naturally.
But no matter what stage of life you're in, my approach is the same: I listen, educate, advocate and make sure you understand your options. I don't believe in pushing someone into a decision just to make a sale. Real estate is personal, and I believe the experience should feel that way too.
And because life can't be all real estate, you'll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, snowboarding, hiking, at a concert or cheering on one of our Colorado sports teams. I love where I live and genuinely enjoy helping other people find their own version of home here.
Sometimes the perfect home is the one you're already in. Sometimes it's the one we haven't found yet. And sometimes it just takes a little vision to see what's possible.
See the Possibilities, Love What's Next!
