Kristen took an incredibly stressful period of my life and made it so much less painful by consistently going above and beyond through the entire selling process. This is the second time I worked with her (the first was when I bought the house). She helped me get a higher price than I expected, while staying on top of so many details I never could have kept track of. She handled most of the legwork when it came to finding reputable contractors to do good work at a fair price. Whether you're buying or selling, Kristen is an amazing person to have in your corner, and I can heartily recommend her to anyone.

Kristen has been the most hands on realtor ever! Kristen goes above and beyond in helping us sell our old house, buy our new house and sell it. Kristen knows her knowledge about houses and knows her numbers. Kristen will answer your calla day or night. Kristen went above and beyond when it came to closing time. She drove to West DM on day of closing to get things done for us! Kristen always kept us in the loop about things that needed to get done or that was done. Best realtor you could find. She always goes above and beyond for you. I used her on our last house also and now has become like family! I highly recommend her!

Kristen did an amazing job helping me purchase my new home. As a first time buyer, I had a million questions and didn't fully understand the process. With the market favoring sellers heavily, and being very competitive, Kristen was keeping track of each new listing that applied to me and that responsiveness helped our chances. She has a great knowledge of the greater Iowa City area, and that helped me narrow down my choices to make sure I wasn't making a bad decision.
