Kristen took an incredibly stressful period of my life and made it so much less painful by consistently going above and beyond through the entire selling process. This is the second time I worked with her (the first was when I bought the house). She helped me get a higher price than I expected, while staying on top of so many details I never could have kept track of. She handled most of the legwork when it came to finding reputable contractors to do good work at a fair price. Whether you're buying or selling, Kristen is an amazing person to have in your corner, and I can heartily recommend her to anyone.

She drove to West DM on day of closing to get things done for us! Kristen always kept us in the loop about things that needed to get done or that was done. Best realtor you could find. I cannot stress enough how essential Kristen was in our home-buying experience. We were first-time home-buyers, so we were fairly out of our element. We'd found a house through Kristen we really loved and there were some complications (not with her, with the previous owners) and she was extremely involved in helping us through everything. We eventually went with a different (better!) house that Kristen also found and have never been happier. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and has kept in touch with us as we've lived here. You cannot do any better than her!

We asked our local agent for a contact in Iowa City / Coralville area. She did some research and provided us with two agents. Kristen responded quickly and answered our questions and was able to meet us right away. She came prepared with information. She gave us insight into selling property in Iowa and was extremely knowledgeable. Kristen made everything very clear and gave us time to ask questions. Our decision was easy to make to contract with her. Kristen made up for many short comings from the buyers agent. She went out of her way to move documents around town when the buyers agent was quite lax. Many times Kristen had to make multiple attempts to accomplish what should have been the other agents responsibilities. It many seem over the top to give all top ratings for an agent but Kristen fully earned these marks. I would buy another property just to have Kristen sell it for us. Just kidding but seriously she worked very hard to take care of us and our situation. Having to find an agent from an out of town option is always risky. We were very lucky to have met Kristen. She made the quintessential professional with all she did for us.
