Kristen was incredibly punctual in the purchase of my new home, from putting in an offer all the way to closing day, she worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was always prepared and could answer any questions I had. Being a first time home buyer it was important to me that she could answer my questions in plain English - she welcomed my questions and made sure I fully understood what was happening at all points of the sale.
