I have bought an sold several homes over the years. I viewed the whole process to be drudgery. Kristin changed my opinion. She has a wonderful personality and made the whole experience fun! Her sole focus was to make us happy with our home choice. Kristen's background in home design serves her very well. It is a key skill for her to understand our wants. It was interesting that she selected a house on our tour based upon our stated desires. She took us to a home that we were not initially interested in from pictures. Sometimes pictures do not do a house justice. She was absolutely right, and she steered us to our perfect house. Kristen then deftly navigated us through a home buy with multiple offers with her sage advice. I hope I never have to leave Chippewa Falls. If I do, I will have Kristen list our house. Without a doubt we would recommend Kristen for a friend or acquaintance as a listing/buying agent. Kristen made this painless and (almost) a lot of fun.
