I had the awesome experience of selling my old house and buying a new place with zero drama. One day I called Kristen up and told her my plan, it was ambitious and I knew I was out of my element. She came over gave my house a walkthrough and made me feel at ease from the start. Kristen gave me time frames, estimations, a market outlook, and solid plan of attack. I had the typical guy goal..sell my house for as much I can get and buy a dream house on the cheap. As I write this I would say we accomplished that goal and I don't feel like it was luck. Kristen put in a lot of the leg work and I asked a lot of annoying questions that those never updated apps could answer. She always had my back and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. She also helped with inspection recommendations, let me bounce project ideas off her, shared neighborhood knowledge, and made sure everything was on track with dealing with paperwork/contracts. Like I said I sold and bought a house within a month window. I couldn't have done it without her and I will never use another realtor in my life.
