Hands down best realtor in Chippewa Valley. Her customer service is number one. She is there for you buying and selling every step of the way any question you may have even if it's a dumb question she's there. Best buying and selling experience I've ever had. No one else compares to her!!!

Extremely happy with Kristen's knowledge and professionalism. We have bought and sold two homes with her, and experienced the same high level of service. Would highly recommend Kristen if you are looking to sell or buy!

She is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her! Very friendly and easy to work with! After working with her I won't go anywhere else!

It was a real pleasure to have Kristen as our real estate agent in selling our property. She was warm, personable, dedicated, knowledgeable and great to work with. Communication was excellent. Kristen was very responsive to our questions and requests, even at weekends and late evenings. A hard worker, for example going above and beyond in soliciting and scheduling contractors for repairs identified by the inspection. We highly recommend Kristen Tomczak!

Kristen was a pleasure to work with and really assisted us with the sale of our Grandmother's home. She made our Grandmother feel at ease about the process, was clear, concise, and prepared for our initial meeting. Being that we live in the Twin Cities, her knowledge about the local market was immensly helpful. Kristen helped make an overwhelming, long-distance situation easy. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, easy-going and approachable personality and excellent follow through. Thank you so much, Kristen!

Without a doubt we would recommend Kristen for a friend or acquaintance as a listing/buying agent. Kristen made this painless and (almost) a lot of fun. We had "rust" in that we were in our home for 41 years before we decided too sell. The harder Kristen worked the better the process got. This was a good experience for us.

Kristen was excellent in getting our property listed and doing the showings. After not having any offers the first 6 months, probably due to the fact that we were selling seasonal waterfront property in the fall and winter, we relisted with her in Feb and within 1 month she had a buyer. Kristen was excellent to work with and very diligent in getting everything completed.

I would work with Kristen again no question! Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. She was very patient with us! We had not ever sold a home before and had not purchased a home in 18 years so things had definitely changed. She walked us through every step with a smile on her face! She made the experience fun and enjoyable!

Kristen is amazing at what she does! She truly has a passion for what she does! She was so easy to work with, while purchasing our first home. She is honest and hardworking. I will recommend her to anyone.

I can't express how great Kristen was for me. Incredible knowledge of the industry. I'm a single guy so she put all these homey crafts to makes my house appeal warm and welcoming. Then when it came to paperwork she made life incredibly easy on me. I can't recommend someone more.

Kristen is such a joy to work with!! I’ve never worked with somebody who cares so much about their clients. Whether you’re buying or selling (we’ve worked with Kristen for both) we highly recommend Kristen! Ps. Kristen got our house sold in 2 days!!!
