Without a doubt we would recommend Kristen for a friend or acquaintance as a listing/buying agent. Kristen made this painless and (almost) a lot of fun. We had "rust" in that we were in our home for 41 years before we decided too sell. The harder Kristen worked the better the process got. This was a good experience for us.

Kristen was excellent in getting our property listed and doing the showings. After not having any offers the first 6 months, probably due to the fact that we were selling seasonal waterfront property in the fall and winter, we relisted with her in Feb and within 1 month she had a buyer. Kristen was excellent to work with and very diligent in getting everything completed.
