Kristen was super helpful as a first time buyer. She explained things well and answered any questions we had. She gave solid advice when it came to putting in an offer so we didn't spend more than we had to. She was easily reachable by text or email which was my preference and was okay with nighttime phone calls or texts as it fitted my schedule. She was great about checking in with us every time we were awaiting a response from the seller with our negotiations. She fought for us to get the seller to agree to replace the chimney after our inspection showed it to be in worse condition than anticipated, which would have caused us to walk away from the deal. Would 100% recommend Kristen to others looking for a realtor and will use her again if/when we ever look for another house in the future. My husband and I are living in our dream home thanks to Kristen's hard word and dedication.

I didn't have unrealistic expectations about the process of selling my home. What I did have was an expectation that there would be open and frequent communication with the realtor, that my realtor would be working hard behind the scenes to make the sale, that my interests where driving the process.
