If we wanted to go look at a home, she was on it! If we wanted to submit an offer, she was on it! Kristen was also very accommodating to our situation as far as when would be a good time to show our home knowing we have crazy work schedules, a young child and an elderly parent in our home with extensive medical issues. We found Kristen to be highly communicative and patient. She is very knowledgeable about current market conditions. She was able to advocate on our behalf with the lender, and prepared us very well for inspection and appraisal. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is during the negotiation process she didn’t communicate our very clear requests to the seller which took the amount we were asking in concessions off the table, and we had to settle for a lower amount due to that. Whether this was in our best interest or not to complete the sale is unknown. All in all we were very satisfied. she went above and beyond in all other areas including making some minor repairs to the home herself in order to close. We did close on our home on schedule. I feel like she made it as painless as possible in a very stressful and hectic market. I would definitely recommend her in the future to anyone buying or selling their home. She does her due diligence prior to showing any homes and doesn’t waste anyones time. After having a poor experience with a realtor prior to signing with Kristen, I fell that is very important to note. I am very glad we switched to her it was a night and day experience comparatively.
