Kris helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent attention to detail

Kris was our remote realtor helping us with a search in the Pismo/Arroyo Seco area while we live in Morgan Hill. The fact that we were doing these searches remotely amplified the need for good and timely communication. He excelled in both. When we would travel down to view properties he was very organized and effective in making the most of the time we had. After we selected a home and made an offer, he was our great eyes-and-ears on the property we selected involved ion all the inspections and any repairs that were done.
