Greater Than a Five
We engaged Koli Cutler when we wanted to sell our home, recommended by a discerning friend. It was evident throughout the entire process that what makes Koli an exemplary real estate agent is his integrity, intelligence, sense of humor, and a genuine interest in helping others. He maintained a respectful and professional attitude throughout, and was willing to explain and clarify information regardless of how often we felt befuddled. His communication skills kept us on track and his timely calls and/or emails kept us encouraged and always moving forward. When all was said and done, he helped get control of our backyard jungle, found us an excellent affordable gardener, a handyman, and sold our house.
