Kodi and her team made out purchase seamless! They knew exactly what we wanted and found it! There we zero last minute closing issues! We closed on time and the team surprised us with a lovely gift! Kodi made the initial presentation and impressed us with the direction she planned on making our home a home that all would like to own. We were pleasantly surprised with what she was saying because it aligned pretty much with what we were hoping for and she is a convincing presenter. We needed to be able to stay in our home until April 1, 2019 as we had a LOT of personal property to either give to family, sell, donate or store for a year. Kodi made that happen by adding a rental clause to the sales contract in case the home sold before April 1, 2019. The home was listed on Zillow but withheld from the multiples for a 2 week period as we didn't want potential buyers bothering us until we were ready for showings. The Good Lord works in wonderous ways and we received an urgent request from a couple from out of state that happened to be looking in our area for a year and stumbled onto Zillow and saw the AMAZING picture layout Kodi & Bill's (Kodi's husband) team had prepared. The rest is history as we received FULL asking price and it never made it to the multiples. Kodi & Bill have put together a superior team from presentation to document preparation to congratulatory brownies. I would be in remiss if I didn't mention that the AMAZING pictures that were taken most probably SOLD the home. Also, I must send out a HUGE thank you to another member of Kodi & Bill's team, Stefania Tkachuk, their closing coordinator. She kept us sellers informed about the document requirements just about every day. That eliminated a lot of our worries and we really appreciated that.
