We went into our first meeting with Kodi with no intention of hiring her (or anyone else) to sell our house. After 45 minutes we could tell she knew her stuff including the local market. She & her husband Bill couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating to us both logistically and even emotionally, as I was reluctant to make this cross-country move.
