The amount of work that put into the entire process made me feel that I was there number one priority. during the entire process of the sale I knew that at anytime I had a question it would be answered timely. At our first meeting with Kodi I realised I was with the right Realtor! It took just a few days for her team to get the photos, videos, & necessary information to go on line & post everywhere. The house went on line at noon on a Friday & they received a signed offer on Sunday afternoon! The house closed a few weeks later at a price above the listing price! IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THEN THAT!
