In 2013 I used ProStead Realty when purchasing my first home. Throughout that purchase process, Kirsten Muller was my day-to-day contact and was tremendous in getting the sale to the goal line! For perspective, I have to note that it was a strong buyer's market in 2013 Charlotte and was a fairly straight forward process with few, if any, set-backs. Fast forward to 2022; my wife and I were looking for a new home, and it's one of the strongest seller's market we've seen in decades. Kirsten was nothing short of INCREDIBLE at every turn! She advocated for us and fought for our best interest at every turn. With Kirsten, we always felt like her top priority. She was attentive, quick to respond and made herself available day & night, to the point where I started to wonder if she had any other clients. Trust me, she does! She's just *that* good. Kirsten's knowledge and expertise is truly unrivaled and we never felt for even a moment that we may not have been in the best possible hands. We closed on our house in early February, and Kirsten is still coming through for us, whether it be sharing her vendors to address those "new home quirks" or even lending us a mobile air conditioning unit. WHO DOES THAT?! Without question; it's because of Kirsten Muller that we're in our dream home, and my wife and I are now happy to call her a friend.
