Sold in 4 days, closed in 20 days.
I was tasked with selling my mother's home after she had passed away. Kirk guided me through the process from pricing and listing, to sale and closing. He listed the house on a Friday, and by the following Monday we accepted one of the many offers generated from his listing. He sold the home for more than $15K over the listing price and we closed 16 days later. I feel Kirk did a phenomenal job handling my sale and would emphatically recommend him to anyone.
