I met Kirk while he was selling two other properties in my neighborhood. He was friendly and professional, offering a wealth of information well before listing our property with him. When I decided to sell a rental property with complex issues, I turned to and listed with Kirk. He proceeded in the best way for me, always keeping me informed. Kirk is flexible and available, whether it is an answer to a quick question or rolling up his sleeves to help. After my property sold, I still turn to Kirk with any real estate questions. Kirk helped our family (as first time buyers) when we were in a tough spot. Searching during what seemed like the peak of the “pandemic” buying season. He was extremely responsive, fast and able to help when we needed it most. Though we eventually bought off market, had not been for Kirk and his guidance I don’t think we would have found our home and been as equipped to buy when we did.

Not only did we find him personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, but also very honest, and extremely patient.
