Kina is one of the best agents I have ever worked with in over 40 years of bring in the field myself. I have retired to Tennessee from Florida after owning a real estate property management company and buying and selling real estate for years. I worked with a couple agents in my new home town of Gallatin, TN prior to finding Kina. I was not satisfied with any of the other agents and to be honest appalled at some of their services or non- services, communications, knowledge, attitude, etc. With my experience in the field I have a high bar! Kina goes well above and beyond what the typical agent will do for her client. She is 100% honest and will assist in anything feasibly possible for a person to do without a second thought. She is a very hard worker and can juggle a lot of time intensive transactions with as much effort as is required to GET THE JOB done. I enjoyed all the time we spent together over many months finding the property that was best for me. We went through several offers and many showings. She was alway gracious and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
