Excellent Agent from Start to Finish

This sale was my 4th experience with Kimi Fernandez. She has helped us purchase three investment properties. Her expertise has assisted us in purchasing via conventional methods, a short sale, and an owner carry. This transaction was selling one of our investments. She helped us navigate the process every step of the way. Kimi is consistent in communication and will work hard for her clients. She listens to your needs and advises based on what is best for the client. In negotiations, she will always go the extra mile. I cannot recommend her highly enough; whichever side of the process you are on.
