Buying a house with Kimi was a great experience. She was patient with us in explaining the ins and outs of buying a home in Hawaii. She was able to help us find the perfect location for our new home. She went beyond what one would expect.

Kimi went over and above to get our house sold. There were many challenges to our personal situation that Kimi had to work through and overcome from getting our home to "listing and showing ready" to final clean-up prior to closing. Literally all the way through the process there were challenges. She never failed to rise to the occasion and deliver going above and beyond what I believe any other realtor that I have ever worked with before would have done. And as for the price she negotiated for us, I couldn't be more pleased. As unbelievable as she was in ALL aspects throughout the sale process, I believe it was her negotiating skills that really shined as she got us a price that we were very satisfied with. Also I would be remiss if I didn't add, that in spite of the challenges our situation posed, she was ALWAYS understanding, kind, patient and considerate. I HIGHLY recommend Kimi to any prospective seller!
