Every realtor should be like Kim. She is experienced, knowledgeable, personable. She fights for and protects her clients and she’s honest about what is possible and what is not. And she is also always willing to try for things that don’t seem doable on the chance you might get it. She is always available when you need her and does not engage in any drama nonsense. I wish she were my realtor for all of my transactions. It’s been a true pleasure to work with her.
