Kim is absolutely the best agent you can ask for to work with. She is a true professional but also very caring and kind. We had a bad agent prior to working with her but she took over and turned things around so quickly and was great throughout the whole process. She is always available and has all the resources for any issues you might run into. Once she becomes your agent you wont need to worry about anything. My wife was able to find her with a lot of research and among a lot of other agents. We were very happy with our decision and experience.

Kim went above and beyond unlike what any agent would do. Her first consultation gave me an outline on how to prepare the home, such as decluttering, packing items and painting.
