Best agent I have worked with!

Kim is an amazing agent and we truly consider her a friend. We first worked with Kim back in 2014 to not only sell our home but to buy our next one. She managed to have all the stars align and we bought and sold all on the same day. Years later when the property across the road went up for sale we immediately called her and the process was seamless to get an offer in the next day. Fast forward to 2023 and when we floated the idea by her to potentially split off part of our property and test the water and sell it. Her research into the current market gave us the confidence we needed and we had multiple offers. She worked with our township, the county and everyone in between to get the property split off and what could have been a difficult process seemed easy with her guidance and experience. She cares for her clients as if they are family right from the start. She is not only an amazing agent but an amazing person as well. No mater where the future takes us I know who will be our agent.
