She was great at pointing things out when we would walk through houses and follow up with the selling agents to get more information when we would put offers in. Kim helped us find a perfect home!

First time purchasing a home for both my fiancé and I, so naturally we wanted someone that we could trust and help us walk through the process. Kim was incredible, immediately felt very comfortable working with her and knew she always had our best interest. We started our venture with Kim in January of 2021. We needed to sell our unfinished farm house in Lakeview, MI and she did a great job at noting to us what to prioritize to give it the most appeal for selling. She also had many contacts to help us find an affordable person to help finish up our projects. Once our house was ready the buyers we found were amazing to work with and Kim was great with getting us connected to them afterwards. Then, in June of 2021 we found property listed in Cedar Springs and Kim wasn’t able to show us the home in a reasonable amount of time so she found us another agent to walk the property and see the house. She worked very hard to advocate for us to get the property and we won the bid! From there, things did turn south for awhile, but Kim was there to help guide us through the rapids during some unfortunate circumstances with the house and property. Kim took time to listen to us and did her best to understand what we needed from her. We had some difficult sales that both of us grew from. Whenever Kim didn’t know something she took the time to figure out what she needed to know and that helped us tremendously! Kim was always professional and timely in her responses. She has four kids who keep her very busy so I’m not sure how she finds the time for what she does, but she’s very flexible despite her circumstances. She never once got upset, but was always level headed. She also helped talk me through some tough decisions and how to make things work best.
We recently had the opportunity ro work with Kim on the purchase of a new home as well as the sale of our home. We meet Kim 4 years ago at an open house and from that day forward began a many year search for a new home for us. Never pushy, just always genuinely sending me homes that would potentially be coming on the market in the areas she knew we wanted. Her goal was truly to find us a home we would love for our family and we weren’t simply a “sale” to her. She never wanted us to settle and that’s what sets her apart. She’s a wonderful person as well as an outstanding hardworking realtor. She’s earned our business thru the many years of her tireless search. We will continue to do business with her and lucky to have found her!
Kim helped sell our parent's home within days and it wasn't even officially listed yet. She got us very near our asking price and within the price we were willing to accept. She has offered help with everything from dumpsters to estate sales to what to do about utilities! She is exceptionally knowledgable on everything having to do with moving, fixing and cleaning a home for the new owners. She is not only friendly and professional, she is genuinely nice and very easy to work with.
