I worked with Kim on the sale of my home. Kim understood my emotional attachment to my home and was always very understanding and caring when explaining how to make my home more presentable for sale (she even painted a room). I balked at some of her suggestions initially (such as removing custom curtains for a cleaner look), but after considering her market knowledge, I did agree with her suggestions and allowed her to make those changes. She was right of course, the house did look more "market ready". I was initially concerned (when I placed the house on the market) about how often I would have to visit my home to keep the yard in order, clean between showings, do routine dusting, etc. but Kim told me not to worry. She kept the home clean, kept the porches blown off, kept the flower beds weeded, and took care of so many extra details which was so helpful to me. Selling a home is a stressful experience, but when you are working with an agent like Kim, you are in such capable hands that the stress is significantly reduced. Kim communicated with me after every showing, open house, realtor walk throughs, etc. I found Kim to be exceptional in every way. She has such a great attention to detail, she is honest, caring, and very professional. She cared about my house. She cared about my feelings about selling it. She cared about everything! She knew what type of buyer I was praying for and she prayed for that type of family too. Our prayers were answered exactly. During the negotiations, she walked me through all of my options and explained everything in detail. The sale ended up proceeding quickly and to the satisfaction of me and the buyers. I will never be able to thank her enough for how she took care of me while selling my beautiful home.

Ms. Kim looked everyday for what we wanted out of a home. She took into consideration what we were looking for, and she ran with it. When she found something, she communicated it. She is personal, relatable, and invested in her clients. She always had our best interest in mind. More than anything, not only did we have a phenomenal realtor, we ended up with a friend.

Kim was great! This was my first time selling a home, and she helped clarify every step along the way. She checked in consistently to see if I had questions, answered questions with great patience and openness, and was professional all the while. You can't go wrong going with Kim!

Kim and the time we spent with her buys our dream home was a very positive experience. She treated us very good and understood our worries. She is very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process as well. We bought our house from out of state and she did an incredible job showing every house we could possibly want to buy, even doing inspections when we couldn’t be there. Kim was more than a realtor, she is a friend.

Kim was extremely prompt in replying to questions and worked hard to help me make the deal on my home. Kim went over and beyond what I would expect of a realtor. She is so pleasant and personable. I felt like I was talking to a friend from the moment I met her at an open house. Once I made my decision, Kim worked tirelessly to make the deal happen, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
