We feel extremely comfortable with her. She really listens to your wants/needs as well. We have purchased two homes with her help. We will continue to use her in the future.
Kim was excellent to work with as first-time homebuyers. We hit several hurdles during our buying experience (a gap in mortgage acceptance, necessitating a break in searching for our home; a large number of long drives for all of us that turned out to be poor options; a successful bid and near-closing that ended up falling through at the last possible second due to unforeseen title issues) but through it all, she was calm and compassionate. She was never afraid to be completely honest with us, telling us outright if she did not think that a home in question was a good fit for our wants and needs. If a scheduling conflict came up, she informed us beforehand as possible so that we knew when she would be available. She never complained, despite having ample reason to do so on more than one occasion, and was truly a wonderful person to shepherd us through the language and process of making such a large purchase. Kim walked us through one step at a time, using language that we could understand and urging us to do certain things that were in our best interest without pushing them on us unnecessarily. We absolutely recommend that others work with her, especially first-time buyers. Kim knows what she is doing, and will help you through the entire process from start to finish with a smile.
Went above and beyond our expectations searching for the perfect home, as well as, listing our previous home for sale. Marketing strategies worked very well! She was involved from every aspect, kept us informed of what step came next, all the way to closing. She even contacted us 48 hrs. after closing to check in with us!
Kim really really worked hard to sell my Property. Kim also assisted helping me find people who make things right for the sale. Kim also kept me informed all along the way what feedback that she got from each showing.
I had questions about the property after we were in contract. I called her a few times inquiring some information and she was very helpful. After the closing she came over to get the lockbox and she took the time to explain the water softner system. I knew about the pellets but I was not clear on the unit beside it. Later in the day I had to call her again to find out why the trench was dugout so far from the wall. She called seller and he explained it and Kim called me to explain it. Its not common for a listing agent to go out of their way for a buyer but she did and I admire her for that.
Kim showed our house many times & advertised it on several real estate sites which gave opportunities to other realtor last. She kept all inspections & paperworking for a timely closing. She is a great realtor.
Kim is an excellent, award winning agent. She goes out of her way to help find properties of interest, stays up dated on the client's need, which may change over time. She advocates for her clients. She is also aware of comps and can give good advice when making offers, negotiating, etc. She always works to help her client see the opportunities and possibilities in a property. She is intuitive in what properties will or will not be appealing to her clients. She works across the price ranges and land sizes of available housing. No property is too large or too small. I recommend her with no reservations.
Kim did an outstanding job! I had the utmost confidence in her ability to show and sell my house and help me in my search for a new home. I was nervous, because I am on my own. After my first meeting with Kim, that feeling disappeared. She did a Great job marketing my house and helping me decide what things that I should do, that would give it more curb appeal, and how and what would be beneficial to do inside the house.
