There were a few hiccups during our purchase and Kim handled them all, some at her own expense. To me, that’s what sets her apart from a realtor who just wants a payday. The process took longer than we anticipated but we love the house so it was worth it. If you want a personable, straight shooter for a real estate agent, I recommend Kim.

I have not bought many homes. Kim was very knowledgable and explained to me, the documents and stages of the home buying process, as it evolved. Made us comfortable that no steps were being missed. Even though I needed some items explained a few times, she took the time to make sure we understood. We were a little anxious, because we found the home in less than 2 weeks, I had expected to be 6 to 8 months. Also making offers and getting everything done during the holiday season, seemed challenging. Kim knows what she's doing in helping us get the home that fits what our daughter needs.
