Kimberly understood our situation, wants, and dislikes. She knew we were willing to wait for the right one and the second it was available, she was all over it. We closed on our forever home in 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier. She answered questions quickly and when she had to dig for a few answers, we had it in less than 24 hours. I was told that Kim Cumbo was a very good realtor. That is saying it mildly. I do not know nor have I ever heard of a realtor that goes above and beyond to help the seller and buyer as she has done. She was there helping as We moved out, and she kept me updated on progress of sale. She and the buyer's agent worked hard together for both the seller and the buyer. It was less than a month and house was in contract. Then very soon after it closed. I am now living out of state, she took care of small things that needed repairs or helped me get someone for bigger repairs. I would rater her on a scale of 1 - 10, at 100% BEST REALTOR.
