Kim didn't significant time helping us come up with a good price for our home. She then answered all our questions throughout selling process, including talking through each offer. We couldn't have been happier.
Kim met with us for quite a while to learn what it was we were looking for in a new home. She listened to our feedback on each home to widen and narrow the search as appropriate. She was always very prompt with communications and easy to talk with. We felt she had our backs and guided us throughout the entire process. We couldn't have been more happy with her work.
Kim worked very hard to find me a place to call home with the guidelines I told her what I was looking for... Kim found me the perfect place in a great area and was very helpful with me since I haven't bought a house in years and took all the time I needed to understand the process... I asked Kim if she would sell my mobile home property and she wasted no time researching how much I should ask for the property and it was more then I was expecting... she had the place sold with the very first person that came through to look at it and you can't do any better then Kim..
I was told that Kim Cumbo was a very good realtor. That is saying it mildly. I do not know nor have I ever heard of a realtor that goes above and beyond to help the seller and buyer as she has done. She was there helping as We moved out, and she kept me updated on progress of sale. She and the buyer's agent worked hard together for both the seller and the buyer. It was less than a month and house was in contract. Then very soon after it closed. I am now living out of state, she took care of small things that needed repairs or helped me get someone for bigger repairs. I would rater her on a scale of 1 - 10, at 100% BEST REALTOR. Very pleased with how Kim help me through this process. Kim explained everything talk to me daily and answered the phone when I called with any questions.. I recommend Kim she made the experience very comfortable. I had two other Realtors that didn't compare so needless to say they didn't find me my forever home....

Kim has been the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable and FUN person to go through the home selling and buying experience with!
