Kimberly Was Terrific In An Extremely Challenging Market

Due to a family situation we had already moved away long distance when we engaged Kimberly to sell our home. The market timing couldn’t have been worse for selling a property in D.C.metro as it coincided with the start of DOGE layoffs. As we lived remotely, Kimberly was in effect the “caretaker” for our house and handled everything including working/coordinating with our home maintenance companies. While it took a good while to sell our home due to the above, Kimberly was relentless in marketing our house throughout and it resulted in our receiving a good price with the sale of our property. With the challenges we faced, Kimberly’s experience and expertise shone throughout as we were well informed and comfortable during this process.
