We had a fantastic experience working with Kimberly and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the NW DC area. We ended up selling to a buyer that found our home through Kimberly's contacts in the private market, which is exactly what we wanted. Kimberly was very responsive throughout the whole process and able to provide expert advice based on her deep knowledge of the area. In addition, we were coordinating the sale from out-of-state, and Kimberly went above and beyond to help us with tasks on the ground that we weren't able to do in person ourselves. She is savvy, experienced, and kind, and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
