We just sold our house in Chevy Chase, DC, in less than a week and at price exceeding the listing price by 23% using Kimberly Cestari as our agent. The apartment we were moving to would not be ready until June 1, so Kimberly recommended we could sell before moving out, but we needed to declutter, and use our own furniture and art for staging.
