Kim was very honest and helpful to my wife and I as we studied the market for selling our home. She was very patient, working with us over many months as we began to search for a new home and eventually sold our home and bought a new one. She was always encouraging and was able to guide us to obtain a fair price for the sale within the time available to us.

Since we were far away, she scheduled two weekends just for us to show us 30+ houses when we were on house hunting leave. She came to the sales purchase meeting, initial and final walk-through, and closing. When our closing date got pushed back due to our lender dropping the ball, she intervened on our behalf and sent us hotels to stay at over the weekend. She is very passionate, friendly, and hard-working and we were very impressed with our working relationship over the last 3 months.
