Kim was so knowledgeable, she brought up so many great points while looking at houses. With her construction expertise she also is able to point out things that others may not notice. She was such a support for me through my whole sale experience too, and was very prompt, always accessible, and always compassionate. My dad was in the hospital briefly before my final walk through on my new build, and I wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to make it to the walk through, but with Kim there to advocate for us and to notice the details I knew I would be taken care of either way. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is!!!
