We originally purchased the house with Kimberly as the selling agent. When we decided to sell, it only made sense to go with her as we were pleased with our first encounter. To no fault of hers, we had an issue with a trust document that was missing in our records causing us to have to not go forward with the sale. She was very understanding and made us feel very at ease at such a frustrating situation. Once we located the trust document, Kim dove right in and we listed again. She did an extensive comparative market analysis at a time that was so crucial to us in helping us get the highest dollar for our property when houses were selling more quickly than the market statistics could be updated. She listed and showed the house and we had a buyer right away -- cash deal at $20k above our asking price. The house was shown 20 times in 2 days with 11 offers made. We accepted one offer and the other 10 asked to be kept on standby in the event the deal fell through. Once again, I am very pleased with Kim. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house.
