I started this process knowing absolutely nothing about home buying which brought me immense anxiety and many sleepless nights. I knew we had to buy a house soon but truly dreaded the thought of it. And by some wonderful happenstance, Kim was the one that reached out to me first to help guide me. I was met with a warmth and eagerness that for the first time made me realize - I can do this! She built me up and made me excited to start searching for our home! And she answered all of my questions with knowledge and grace. I told her all about what I wanted in a home (& what I did not want) and every single home we viewed she made note of all of the boxes it checked. She taught my husband and I how to spot water damage, and gave us tips on how to care for and renovate areas of our future home along the way. The market this season was crazy to say the least, but Kim was so knowledgeable and knew what was needed within an offer while still protecting us. With her guidance and expertise we were able to get the first home we put an offer in on! We chatted daily throughout the entire process, and she never once made me feel like a burden or like I had silly questions (even while she was on vacation, bless her!) After all was said and done, she still found ways to care for my husband and I to make our new house feel like home! She is a great teacher and a great friend and I am brought to tears every time I think of her kindness and willingness to serve us!
