Because we lived in Midlothian, VA, and were selling a home in Dublin, VA, we were seeking recommendations for a local real estate agent. Even the closing was done by email and required no traveling! She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in recommending listing price, repairs to make, etc. Given the distance between us, our communication was solely by telephone and email. She kept us up to date on contracts received and offered excellent advice. She listed the property on Tuesday, and we had four contracts by Saturday. Some were above listing price.
