I had multiple offers on my house in less than 4 days. Kim navigated and negotiated through the offers with incredible professionalism. She wrote out, in easy layman terms, what each offer contained. Then went over them in detail with me. She helped get top dollar for my home. I was very comfortable making the final decision due primarily to the great trust I had in Kim's expertise. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable leader as my realtor!
