Kim understands the market.She coached us through the successful valuation of a home we bought and the home we sold. She was completely straight forward in all our work together. Kim was always available for our questions and concerns. We were grateful that she was taking care of us. We didn’t dream it would sell as quickly and for as much as it did. We lived out of state and Kim Shepard listened to our wishes and when we visited she took us all around to talk to builders and look at houses. When we left to go back home Kim continued to look for property and she and my step-son went to visit our present house and do a walk-thru. She knew exactly what we wanted that met all of our needs. The idea of purchasing a home was a daunting one for me. I was overwhelmed initially by all the t's that needed crossed and all the i's that needed dotted. But Kim took my husband and I step by step through the whole process and made it unbelievably easy. She even went over and beyond and I couldn't be happier! Kim responded within 15 minutes of our expressing interest on the Zillow website. She was very knowledgeable about the property, had great insight, and helped us schedule a time to see the home. Once we spent some time talking to Kim, we found out that she had worked with our Broker that we had 17 years ago when we bought and sold our previous home. When guiding our purchase Kim would make suggestions, and also gave great advise in saying things like, "If you are certain this is the house you are wanting then you will want to offer _______, and do ________, don't do ____________. Kim was very helpful and gave specific suggestions. She knows her business. Kim has been an incredible coach when it came to this home. We listened, and continue to do so. She gives excellent advise in all aspects. She also has great recommendations when it comes to work on a house, and places to buy materials. Kim is very cost conscious, and we are very grateful. Kim continues to give great service in scheduling times to go over to the house to measure for carpet, meet with a painter, asking the sellers questions we have regarding specific topics and finding out who the sellers used for maintaining their home.

I have used Kim before to sell/purchase a home and she is always fabulous. Even though this purchase for me was bitter/sweet due to the loss of my husband, Kim made it stress-free and she made sure everything was in place so I didn’t have additional stress. Once again, she went over and above. She made sure every last detail was in place and everything went smoothly even though we had a few bumps the week prior to closing.
