Kim and her group are the best. I started with another realtor who couldn't sell my house and I live in an area where houses were selling in two days. It was a living nightmare. We pulled our house off the market. I then contacted Kim and her group and from the start had a completely great experience. Kim had a great game plan and had did her homework with comps when she came to our house she explained how she would do differently from our old realtor. In fact a buyer who couldn't come to an agreement with the old realtor contacted Kim and she was able to work out a deal that was fair for the buyer and us. I never had to put my house back on the market or have any more showings. Kim sold our house immediately, negated perfectly. Her advise was in valuable. Monica in her team found us a new condo that we can't wait to move into. What can I say the entire team kept us informed and took care of any concerns we had.
