Kim and Marc came to me with a transaction that didn't go so well with the original lender. Being the 2nd lender in on a transaction that has already missed previous settlement dates can be a challenge. Kim and Marc were fantastic to work with, professional, level headed and understanding of the time needed to correct mistakes from the original lender. Knowledge and experience got this transaction done for the sellers and the buyers of this home, had it not been for both Kim and Marc’s ability to know there was another way to get this done, it may not have gotten done. Having a team on your side with the ability, experience, and knowledge to think outside the box is hard to come by. It really does matter who you work with. Great job done by all, I look forward to doing this again in the future.
