My primary impression of Kim was that she was very direct providing feedback to us as clients. She wanted us to be buy a house, but mostly she wanted us to buy the house we wanted. Kim will work with you to make your desires a reality. Kim is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were questions, or concerns, Kim was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence we needed get the job done – and she did! Kim's responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later, even if I contacted her off from normal business hours. Our family and I will continue to seek her services in the future for both our selling and purchasing needs.
