Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always punctual, prepared and professional. As a FTHB we had so many questions and no idea what we were doing. Kim helped eased all the anxiety by explaining things and being patient with us making sure we understood. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was diligent in following up with offers. We had a lot of fun looking at homes and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but was available to help us make the best choices based on our budget and our needs, wants and things to avoid. She was optimistic and supportive on the journey but also very realistic about the current market which made it a lot easier to handle any bad news and move on to the next house. In the end, we found the perfect home for us and have been moved in for a few weeks now. We are so grateful to have had such a fantastic agent. I can not recommend her enough, especially if you are nervous about jumping into the house hunting market for the first time. She will take good care of you and make the entire process from start to finish as efficient and successful as possible!
