I wrote a brief review as too how much of an asset Kim was to my wife and I during the sale of our home in Hartford, ME. But Kim's true expertise as a realtor shone through during our purchase of our new home in Greenwood, ME. To say that we as purchasers and Kim as a realtor experienced a rocky road right up to closing and beyond of our Greenwood home would be an understatement! The entire deal of the sale of our home in Hartford plus the purchase of our new place in Greenwood was teetering on the tailgate of going south. Kim worked hand-in-hand with the title company representing the buyers of our home, their title company plus their banking institution to broker the deal to completion successfully to all interested parties concerned. I simply cannot speak highly enough about Kim. Should you be in the market to buy or sell a home call her! I am certain she will work as hard for you as she did for us Rusty and Kathryn

Kim is the most exceptional agent ever: I live 6 hours away and she went so far above and beyond for me it brings me to tears of happiness! She is an excellent human being and agent. I feel if you don't use her it is your loss. Since I was out of state, it was a whole new learning curve for purchasing out of state. Kim is professional, kind, and so quick to respond with all my inane questions and concerns. Not one time did she ever make me feel that I was not her only client. While skiing with a friend this past March I mentioned that my wife and I were going to sell our home come Spring. My ski buddy asked me if I had an realtor lined up yet. I replied that we did but we are not comfortable with her. My fellow skier told me to do myself a favor and call Kim. I took my friends advice and made the call. When my wife and I first met Kim she immediately put us at ease. Kim came across as very warm, friendly, informed, knowledgeable, and professional. Kim promised my wife and I three very important things. First: Kim told us that she would do everything in her power to sell our home. Secondly Kim told us that she would be supportive and united with us every step of the way. And lastly that she would communicate everything she knew about the progress of the proceeding of the sale of our home with us. Kim honored all three of those promises and much much more! Our home in Hartford was going to be a challenge to sell and we all knew it. Kim's marketing skill are superb and she immediately put them into motion. Right out of the gate Kim engaged the expertise of an excellent photographer and the two of them did magic with their abilities to portray and highlight all the work that had been put into restoring a nearly 200 year old post and beam house from the ground up into the 21st century. I could go on-an-on about all the hard work Kim put into the sale of our house. At every step of the equation Kim was there for us. She answered all of our questions returned all of our calls and made a very stressful situation allot smoother of a ride. In conclusion I can honestly say: if you are in the market to either buy and or sale a house do yourself a favor and call Kim! On a scale of 1 -10 Kim rates 100! Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always punctual, prepared and professional. As a FTHB we had so many questions and no idea what we were doing. Kim helped eased all the anxiety by explaining things and being patient with us making sure we understood. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was diligent in following up with offers. We had a lot of fun looking at homes and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but was available to help us make the best choices based on our budget and our needs, wants and things to avoid. She was optimistic and supportive on the journey but also very realistic about the current market which made it a lot easier to handle any bad news and move on to the next house. In the end, we found the perfect home for us and have been moved in for a few weeks now. We are so grateful to have had such a fantastic agent. I can not recommend her enough, especially if you are nervous about jumping into the house hunting market for the first time. She will take good care of you and make the entire process from start to finish as efficient and successful as possible!
