What a fantastic experience! Kim’s knowledge of the market was spot on. We listed, had multiple offers and closed within days. She communicated, coached and researches every aspect of my sale. I wrote a brief review as too how much of an asset Kim was to my wife and I during the sale of our home in Hartford, ME. But Kim's true expertise as a realtor shone through during our purchase of our new home in Greenwood, ME. To say that we as purchasers and Kim as a realtor experienced a rocky road right up to closing and beyond of our Greenwood home would be an understatement! The entire deal of the sale of our home in Hartford plus the purchase of our new place in Greenwood was teetering on the tailgate of going south. Kim is the most exceptional agent ever: I live 6 hours away and she went so far above and beyond for me it brings me to tears of happiness! She is an excellent human being and agent. While skiing with a friend this past March I mentioned that my wife and I were going to sell our home come Spring. My ski buddy asked me if I had an realtor lined up yet.
