My husband and I worked with Kim to buy our first house this fall. Kim is extremely knowledgeable about the East Bay market and was so generous with his time, showing us a lot of homes as we figured out what we were looking for. We had a specific budget and were particular about what we wanted. Kim went out of his way to find us an amazing house that fit both my husband's and my needs, and within our budget! He coached us through every step of the way and helped us stay positive through what can be a taxing process. We couldn't be happier with the house he found us, and I can not recommend him enough!

I can’t recommend Kim highly enough. Over the past year and a half I have done 6 successful transactions with Kim... both on the sale and purchase side... ranging from large scale investment properties (20+ units) to single family houses to, most recently, the addition of an incredible duplex in one of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods, which I have the good fortune of calling, “home.” In all cases, Kim showed dedication and went ABOVE AND BEYOND as my agent. Over the past 34 years, Kim has handled at least five East Bay real estate transactions for us, some as buyers, some as sellers. He was our buyers agent in 2011 for the house he just sold for us, and when we moved from the area in 2017 he was our rental agent for the property. In every one of these transactions, he was an outstanding professional. And as an extra bonus, he is warm, friendly, and outgoing.
