I could not have been more pleased with the performance and professionalism of Kim and how she took the process of selling my property. I really did not have it on the market, but she had interest from a potential buyer and she carried it from there. The first did not pan out due to qualifying, but she had others in the wings showing interest. I ended up after fees of getting what I wanted to net out! Very pleased!!!!
